1. Purpose

banking-lib is a private application operated by Let IT Bee, s.r.o. (IČO 24205095) for the personal use of its author. It is not offered as a service to the general public.

2. Eligible Users

Only the operator (account holder) uses this application. No registration, sign-up or third-party access is provided.

3. Permitted Use

The application connects to the operator's own bank accounts via the Enable Banking AISP gateway for the purpose of reading balances and transaction history.

4. No Warranty

The application is provided as-is, without any warranty. The operator uses it at his own discretion and risk.

5. Liability

The operator is solely responsible for any consequences of using the application. No third-party liability is assumed.
