banking-lib is a private application operated by Let IT Bee, s.r.o., IČO 24205095, Břehová 40/1, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic. Contact: vit.vomacko@letitbee.cz.
This application is operated for the personal use of its author. It is not offered as a service to third parties. Account information is accessed only with the explicit consent of the account holder (the operator himself) through the Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) flow provided by each bank.
The application retrieves the following Account Information (AIS) from connected banks via Enable Banking API:
No payment initiation (PIS) or card data is processed.
All data is stored locally on the operator's private infrastructure in encrypted form. No data is shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to communicate with the bank's API via Enable Banking.
Data is retained only for as long as it is useful to the operator. The operator may delete it at any time.
This application uses Enable Banking as the AISP gateway to banks. Their privacy policy applies to the technical processing of account data.
Since the only data subject is the operator, the standard data-subject rights (access, deletion, portability) are satisfied by self-service. For any questions, contact vit.vomacko@letitbee.cz.
